So in reading all the wonderful PTR's I saw in Daddy_of_Princesses he had this great countdown calendar, but unfortunately I am not quite that creative, scrapbooking is as creative as I get. The in Poppygirl's PTR she had a great calendar too!!!

Well Poppygirl is my all time favourite DISer and sent me a message that she would make the calendar for me

So I took the calendar and put it on bristol board and had the kdis help me decorate it and here is how it turned out

Day 3 Sat Dec 11

I always think when I am planning a trip that I really want to make MK the first park I go to but for some reason it never has been and this trip seems to be no different. Next time I have to make it the first. So this day will be the first time we get to lay eyes on

The castle as we will be spending the whole day at Magic Kingdom

Although I would love to make rope drop we will have to try another day because we have a breakfast reservation at

Ohana – this is Eryka’s pick so she can see Stitch! We have never eaten here so I am really looking forward to it

After breakfast we will make our way on the monorail over to MK. It is open till 10pm this evening and this is the only thing we have planned for the day. We will take a break at the hotel if we are tired but if not we will stay all day since we will not have a really early start.

The things I have planned for this day are:

BTMRR fastpass (for me and Eryka) Emm is afraid of coasters and my mom has no desire to go on them. Now I don’t know if I should grab 4 fast passes so we can ride twice or if I should just use mine and Eryka’s tickets and then use mom and Emm’s tickets to get a fastpass for Splash Mountain (also for me and Eryka only) We have not been on either of these rides, on our last trip it was just me with the 2 girls and I couldn’t leave Emm to take Eryka on the ride. This trip I have scheduled to take Eryka on some rides she will love but that Emm won’t go on since she is scared. Luckily my mom will be on this trip as well to stay with Emma but I am trying to think of things they can do while we are on the ride (only taking her on Fastpass rides so they won’t have a long wait) So while we are on the mountains I figure they can head over to POTC which is my moms favourite ride. Emm doesn’t really care for the drop but I told her to get over it and she can go on that or BTMRR, her choice. I know I am a mean mom

While on this side of the park I want to hit Tom Sawyer Island (never been there) and take some time to check it out and maybe find a paint brush. Also in this area is the Jungle cruise which I have not been on in a few trips, maybe 1999

By this time we may need a snack and we won’t be too far from

I have always wanted to try a Dole whip

Then we can hit Aladdin, the Treehouse (must do every trip, the girls love it) and over to the Riverboat.

If we have got through all that and need a break this is where we will take a break at the resort

This will be the first time I have been to MK and headed straight for fantasyland. In fact after we finish the left side of the park we are going to cross over to the right side of the park and spend the rest of the day in

Want to grab fastpasses for Buzz and Space Mountain (me and Eryka) We will also do Monsters Inc at least once cause that is so funny.

I have also decided to hit the carousel of Progress which I have never been on.

We will have dinner at Cosmic Rays since the food is great but also because we have never seen Sonny Eclipse

After we are done in Tomorrowland I wanna grab a spot on Main St. to watch MSEP for the first time and then hang around to watch Wishes. I have never watched Wishes from Main St. so this should be fun

Sounds like a great plan with one exception...this day I will be in NC with the in-laws and NOT in Disney. My Disney trip will be over. Could we just freeze time on the 10th????

I know too bad you will be gone but you will still be glowing from your FIRST Disney trip!!! We will definitely have to meet up fro a drink on the 9th!!!

I'll get out my Genie in a bottle and see what I can do about making time stand still...heck, while I am at it, why don't I just see if I can't speed up the time till our trips get here too?!?

67 days, 6 hours and 53 minutes (as of right now--WOOT!!!!)

Yes!!! Thank God!! I know I would've sucked up a canceled trip as my fault for putting the dent in the side door in the first place, but that would not have made it hurt any less. Glad I don't have to hurt! LOL Oh yeah, the kids too. Let's not forget them, this is for them (shhhh, don't tell them, LOL).

Day 4 Sunday December 12

This is going to be a long day for us, we are headed to:

And it is open this day from 9am to 11pm!!!!!

This will be a fun morning. I have never considered leaving my mom alone with the kids even for a minute in WDW, but this morning I don’t think I have a choice SCARED not that I don’t trust her but she could get lost in our house, luckily she will have the kids with her and they will know what to do

The park opens at 9am so I’m sure you all know where I will be heading

But we also have an ADR at 9:15am at

This is Emm’s pick since she loves Handy Manny and is very upset that she is in school full days now so she can no longer watch him in the morning, or Imagination Movers, Special Agent Oso and of course Mickey. So sorry school has ruined her TV time

So while I run away to get fastpasses for TSM, mom and the girls will go check in at H&V (this will be easy enough right? Since it is at the front of the par, please say yes )

Hopefully after breakfast we will be able to ride TSM and be able to grab another fastpass for later in the day.

Then I want to try to see Beauty and the Beast before we head back to the resort for a rest but if we can’t we will squeeze in Little Mermaid and maybe Muppets 3D. I need to stop at Starring Roles and grab a slice of the grapefruit cake that I have heard wonderful things about. On the way out I would like to grab a fastpass, if I can, for Rockin Rollercoaster for me and Eryka to ride later.

OT… Too funny DIS radio is playing Be Our Guest right now, very fitting
Then we will head back to the resort and either rest or go for a swim, whatever the kids feel like

I want to make it back to DHS in time to get a seat for the Parade. We have never seen it and since I hear they will be changing it I guess we better make sure we see it this time.

Now on the last trip I promised the kids we could eat at

And that they could play games since I didn’t let them last time… well I made an ADR for 50’s Prime Time Café so I guess after we eat I will head that way and let them play a couple games

Now I would also like to try to hit:

Great Movie Ride
Lights Motor Action
Animation Building
And the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Play area

But these are at the bottom of the list and if we don’t have time they are tacked on to next year’s list. I was going to have another half day at this park but I canceled my hoppers to be able to do MVMCP so something had to go and it was the half DHS day.

Now of course we want to check out the Osborne Lights but we can do that during EMH. As of right now there is no F! that night but last year they added lots of shows so I am hoping they will again this year since my mom has not seen it, but if they don’t we can see it next trip

Sounds good. Have you done the Magic of Disney Animation before? where you learn to draw one of the characters? I LOVE that attraction! I've done it twice. The first time I made DS go with me (the ONE thing I picked on the whole trip!). I'll tell you that story some other time, but anyway, I just loved it. So when my friend took me to DL for my b-day, I made her go with me and now she loves it too. Hope you get to do them all!
