My dd 14 may decide to go to WDW with Make a wish...not sure yet. She is disabled...Has RSD and other autoimmune problems. She cannot walk and is in a wheelchair full time. Not sure how much there would be for her there. Any thoughts from you who have been to WDW?
Thanks!:hippie:

I think that WDW is a great choice! I think a great place to post this post again is on the disabilities board. There are also links there that may give you more information! :)

I know WDW is a major part of Make a wish...
A friend of mine's DD went as part of make a wish...and loved it! She was 12 at the time I think and confine to a W/C. There are alot of things she could do...and enjoy! as a pp stated this may be better answered on the disabilities board.

I have heard that Disney is a great place for people with disabilities etc. of all kinds because they are so accomodating. I would also recommend checking out the Passporter Guide to Walt Disney World with Disabilities, they cover so much from wheelchairs to autism and sooooo much more. You may be able to get this at your local library to take a look at, I would bet it would prove very helpful. Good luck!:goodvibes

Welcome to the Dis! I would recomend using the Disabilities board.

She will have a great time in DISNEY.

take her she will love it. Knew a little girl who has since passed away she was 5 but her wish was a trip to WDW she got to be with all the princesses and she was treated like royalty.princess:
