Janice, no, since my dad called the ambulance they took her to Meadowlands (HATE that place), but if she had to stay for a while we would have her transferred.
I was wondering how your niece is doing! I will pray for her.

He broke his arm? Oh no! How is he doing?

Oh, I hate to say, I'm leary of that hospital, too. (And Palisades General is another one that frightens me. However, I think Hackensack and Holy Name are two great ones, so at least we have good alternatives.)

Well, let's just hope she's not ill enough to need a transfer anywhere but home.

Thanks for asking about my son. He got his cast off just today, and his arm seems O.K. It isn't as skinny or stinky as I feared it might be.

The doctor did order physical therapy for him, though. I was hoping that swimming would be enough to get his arm back in shape. We'll see.

The first appointment I could get him for PT is on Thursday. At least he's done with school for the year, so we don't have to do our appointments around that.
