After years of talking about how I would love to go to Disney but knowing we couldn't afford it, since there will hopefully be an upcoming change to our financial situation, mom spoke the words I'd been waiting to hear! "How 'bout for your 30th birthday?" :hyper: That's in just over a year!! (Oh my god I'm so flippin' old!)

I'm most likely going to try to work it so I (or we) can go in 2015 with my BFF, her hubby and kids - her DDs will be 6 and 4 then and I imagine it will be so much more magical seeing it with them! It's a ways away, but still something (relatively) concrete to look forward to! (At this point I'd say the going is definite; it's just the 'when?' that's up in the air.)

:yay::dumbo::dogdance::banana:

Any other long-termers out there (those of us whose trips are too far away to have our own thread)?

(If you're confused by my age, I'll just say that, because of health problems, I am unable to work and thus cannot support myself. Just think of me as an oversized teenager!)
