well after the weekend i decided that i didnt want to go to work on monday night, so i didnt! And I semi cheated, but didnt go over my points so i dont know if it really counts as cheating.

here is what Monday looked like, keep in mind that I was only awake for about 3 hours, after sleeping all day and going bak to bed pretty darn early

needless to say I couldnt get on the scale Tuesday morning, not after i had indulged like hat ....so i figured I would wait another day. I did much better on Tuesday then I did on Monday. I even found a new favorite...Kashi cereal it was oh so good with my yogurt in the morning. I was a little nervous about lunch. You see it was my daughter's school's end of the year BBQ. and some how i don't think cafeteria food is WW friendly...LOL Well i was pleasntly suprised when i got my plate that the hamburger was on a wheat bun, and i topped it with lots of veggies and had a side of carrots and some fat free chocolate milk....I gave the cookie to my daughter. Crisis averted!!!

DInner was another issue, The kiddos wanted make your own pizzas and i didn't have the points left for it. Dh was wonderful enough to come up with a solution for me.

I also came up with a new recipie on monday that my whole family LOVED. It is my version of healthy chicken parm. let me know if you want the recipie and i will hapily post it.

Here it is wednesday morning and I leave for mexico in T minus 50 hours ...I am sooooooo excited!

Have an absolutely fabulous time in Mexico! You will do fine. Make good choices and don't stress if you don't. You will be on vacation and will get back on track when you get back. Walks on the beach and swimming in the pool will be great exercise too!
 
well i am back from cancun and it was wonderful, amazing, warm, relaxing, an entirely over indulgent!

I tried to be good, but unless i was planning on eating only fruit the entire time down there there weren't really any healthy options at the resort we stayed at. I tried, oh well. i weighed myself this morning and went from 261 to 265 over the weekend....it will come off again so i am not worried.

Today is a new day and i have to work tonight so I will post my breakfast and then i need to go take a nap.

I think I am going to try splitting my points midnight to midnight and see if that helps with the hunger and balancing between night and day shift. I tried doing the wake up till go to bed and didnt seem to lose very quickly.

on the plan for later is a lean cusine and side salad...about 8 points, something with chichken for dinner shooting for 10 points, some more fruit and yogurt about 2 points which would make about 25 for the day. add in a cup of coffee and i think i will be right at 30

Unfortunatly I wasnt able to do the midnight to midnight thing....I tried my work load just didnt allow me to get a break to eat before 2 in the morning. On my way home from work on the 14th I ws in a car accident, I dont remember what happend but my car ended up head on into a guardrail. O dont think i fell asleep at the wheel because of the positioning of the car, it seems like I was swerving to miss something, but there werent any witnesses. I ended up with a concussion so have been in and out f it all week and havent kept the best track of what I have been eatting. I also haven't been to work since then. I did talk to my boss and asked when i would be able to switch to dayshift. she wasnt sure, but it does not sound promising.

to top it off i am not sure that because of the lost wages and the cost of getting my car fixed we will still be able to go to DW in september. This week just keeps getting better and better.

I wasnt awake for most of the day, so dh decided i needed to eat higher point foods, he actually got me pretty close to my goal of 30 points.

Thursday was a little better, I was awake for longer, and had a few healthier choices. And for finding out that i did $6000 in damages to my car i had amazing self control!

that pretty much catches us up to now. I have been staying on plan but havent been eatting all of my points, and i also havet been active at all, i am too sore and dizzy. I did make a pineapple upside down cake and that has been a nice treat to have arround when i want a sweet treat.
