I rarely agreed with anything she wrote or said, but I always enjoyed reading her columns. She was tough-as-nails, a real "dame", in the 1940s sense of the word.

Your book "Shrub", written before the current President assumed office, was by far the most accurate predictor of what kind of President he would turn out to be.

Required reading for anyone needing a reminder that past performance is far too often the best barometer of future behavior.
