I haven't been on in a while,so I was just wondering,Are the green pirate throne chairs Rare?

They used to be beta, but now that they're available in bronze chests, they're nowhere near beta value anymore. However, they're still fairly rare, as even the bronze chests don't give them out as much as the other color thrones.
