Modifying Ticket Dates when Purchased thru 3rd Party

I purchased a vacation package through Costco Travel. I'd like to change my park tickets to start the day before I check into my resort. Costco told me that Universal customer service can do this for me. Universal customer service is telling me that Costco has to do it. Does anybody have tips on how I might be able to get my park tickets dated one day ahead of my resort arrival?

ASAP Suggest you call costco travel’s help center & accelerate your request, specify you want to speak to a supervisor

do think if you want to add an additional day overall, odds certainly lean in your favor.

Thanks. I'll try calling Costco again and escalating as you suggest.
Given that Costco Travel allows full refunds on these packages I ended up booking a second trip starting on the day I need to be in the park, despite not planning to check into the resort that day. At least this way I have options while I work out this problem with Costco and Universal.
