I have put the fridge on luggage tonight with Ren's name and ressie # on it.

I also sent her the luggage id number and left the tag in an envelope with her name at the concierge so she can pick it up tomorrow when she arrives.

I think that this last step should become the norm for all non-face to face swaps. It only takes a few minutes and it adds a level of safety to being able to locate the fridge.

If we send the luggage # and leave the tag for the next person the fridge should always be found.


I am looking forward to using it again in October.

Hopefully I can get all the pm's sent out to get everyone's info this weekend to have a complete listing.

Can you advise what is currently with the frig?
A previous swapper advised that there is no box and no toaster.
Is the frig strapped shut when it goes to storage?
I asked the next swapper to take a pic so that I can post so we all know what we are suppose to be getting.

I am going to post on another thread that the frig is available from 7/28-8/13. Having it sit in storage that long is kinda scary.

Huff, it is working right now. I will be picking up the fridge on July 20 and have been in contact with the parties before and after me.
