Hi all, wanted to send you an update on the fridge. We checked in late on the 28th and they had nothing with my name on it. I called again the next morning and they brought me a black, box free, fridge. I put the next swapper info on it and it is in luggage services. There is a small Christmas tree, lights, & some round ornaments for the tree...but we had no hooks to put them on the tree....so bring hooks. It seems as if they keep messing up swaps so hopefully the fridge gets to where it needs to be!

There was no coffee pot or toaster. I taped all your info to the front of the fridge, including your last name, first name, confirmation number, arrival date, & departure date & labeled everything. I hope it's there for you too!!

The refrigerator was great!!!

I took the refrigerator (with the small Christmas tree inside) to Luggage Services yesterday before we left.

I labeled it on the front, top and both sides with Loumanchoe's info (name, arrival date and confirmation #).

When I asked for a claim check, I was told that they do not give claim checks. I asked for a supervisor. She came out and said the same thing - no claim checks are given.

She said that as long as the refrigerator has the name, arrival date and confirmation # of the next guest, that is all that is needed to locate the refrigerator when the next guest comes to retrieve it.

I hope all goes well when Loumanchoe goes to pick up the refrigerator.
