I'm thinking of collecting a few model sheets from a few of the feature animations like Snow White and Peter Pan. Evidently these were distributed to artists working on the films so everyone drew the characters consistently.

Does anyone know on average how much you typically can find these sold for? I'd prefer ones used during the actual production as opposed to a modern-day photocopy of reproduction of one.

I figure it depends on the drawing and the film but I have no idea if these things are $20-$50 items or $200-$500 items?

Anyone know a place to purchase them?

If you are talking about original model sheets (possibly ev en with notes on them, from the classics you are well into four digits.

I don't mean the original original, only one copy. I mean the photostatic copies they made (way back) of the original and gave to the artists working on the movie at the time. They are around I think but some are rare as supposedly most were thrown away after the movie was done. I'm wondering if maybe some people are making copies of the old copy but it would be easy to tell if it is old or not.
