From what I've seen there is a register open if your phone has died, but otherwise, mobile order.

Yes, if you can't do mobile order, have allergy needs that needed to be handled, or need to pay with cash, you should be able to go inside and order. The CM outside the location will undoubtedly strongly encourage you to mobile order, but with a bit of persistence, they'll let you in.
