No. Woodys can be at times.
It was true on 10/1 for some places at MK, but not even everywhere that day.

I was there in both June and last week and had no trouble getting my mobile order whenever I was ready for it. I never ordered more than an hour ahead, and only then b/c I was planning where I was going. I was usually able to get a time either immediately or within 20/30 minutes.
