Mobile order arrival window

How firm are mobile order arrival times? I saw the other day by 2pm all the arrival windows were full at Ronto roasters so it made me think I need to order really early, but it will be harder to know what time we're really going to want to eat. Maybe it was a glitch (I mean, not that that could ever happen ; )

I was just asking about that in another thread. I'm having a little difficulty wrapping my head around eating coutner service. Were ALL times for the day gone? That is scary.

Just pick your arrival window in the morning and you’ll be fine.

If you pick your arrival window I assume you need to order, but can you change your order between the initial placement and the time that you arrive? It would be nice to know I could add to it or make changes. Thanks.

I’ve never tried that but I’m pretty sure you’ll still be able to edit it prior to hitting the button labeled “I’m here prepare my food”

I only saw it happen the one day out of three I checked so maybe it was a glitch, but it still made me a little worried. The arrival windows are about a 40 min spread, so that should be enough slush for planning. Just never know how things will run. Hope we're not on the other end of the park at the time we pick

I just went into the Disney app and looked at Ronto Roasters, and it looks like they are only open until 3pm (at least today they are only open until 3pm). So, that's something to keep in mind.

Oh! That would explain it. Thank you! I definitely need to keep and eye on those closing times. I did notice the Isle of Java in AK is only open until 2 so I can't have a tiger tail at 3pm afternoon snack time.
