Mobile order and ice water

When you mobile order, and you want a free cup of ice water with your meal, is there an option to get that in the mobile order or have you asked when you got there? I'm not sure how they'll react to asking for something additional when you get there. Anyone done it, asked and gotten ice water?

I just asked for however many cups of water when I walked up to get my food. They had trays of them ready to give out.

I also asked for cups of water when I picked up my food and all the CMs were happy to provide them (and in some cases had them filled and ready to go). I never saw the option to ask for the free water in the mobile order.

I had the same experience as the PPs above, just asked the person at the counter or drink stand for ice water cups.
