Moana meet and greet?

Is there currently a Moana meet and greet? I know she used to be at Hollywood Studios, but can’t find current info.
Can meet and greets be used as 4th fastpasses?

No Moana meets. She has been meeting at MNSSHP and MVMCP (TBD this year) and she’s in Fantasmic, but that’s it for Moana availability at WDW.

Yes, M&G's can be used as a 4th FP, if they have a FP line. Chip and Dale meeting outside randomly will not accept Fastpasses.

At EPCOT, MK, and AK, you can find Meet and Greets with FPs. Check the MDE app. I plan on doing the ones at MK as my 4th, 5th, and 6th FPs. The one at EPCOT as my 4th. And the one at AK is my 3rd!
