MNSSHP vs MVMCP online for purchasing

Anyone have any idea why MNSSHP DVC tickets can be purchased online, but you have to call in for MVMCP DVC tickets???

I am clearly losing my mind, I swear to you I checked a few days ago, and only MNSSHP was available on the Special Events link. The text on MVMCP still says you have to call in, vs. MNSSHP which has a "click to purchase" link. Yet when I filtered on Special Events this time, there they were.
