Does anyone know how late bus/boat transportation will run from the MK on Halloween party nights? Thanks for your help.

The Resort Monorail, and Bus Transportation will run until the entire MK is clear of all guests. All boat service will stop 45 mins after the park closes for general admission, and will not run for special events such as MSSHP.

Thanks for the reply Tyler. I guess I need clarification though. We'll be staying at the Wilderness Lodge. I thought that the boats were the only Disney provided transportation between MK and WL. What will our options be since from your answer it sounds like there are no boats after the party.

You would take the monorail to the TTC and transfer to the FW Bus (Orange route). The first stop that bus makes is at WL.

Great to hear from you! We're from SE Wisconsin (Kenosha) We're leaving on the 18th as well and will be there until the 26th with our two girls ages 4 and 7. This will be our first family trip to Disney and we can't wait!!

How cool! I am also planning a cruise for next Feb, and met up with a different person from Kenosha that is going on the same cruise! I live in Franklin, so not too far from you.
Are you flying down? We are going on AA out of Chicago- I hope they don't declare bankruptcy by then! I got some great last minute fares so we decided to go while the kids are off for teacher's convention. I have a 5, 8 and 14 yr old.

Technically speaking, that's the Blue route... but it's not published that way for the guests... The Bus doesn't become Orange until it hits the Settlement.

One other thing to note... On occasion, the MK will provide bus transportation to the WL/FWSD from the VIP Load Zone... We've done it in the past for E-Ride nights since the boats do shut down. However, keep in mind, this is simply a courtesy, and is not always possible. I haven't seen it recently, and someone told me that management had told us we couldn't do it. How true that is, I don't know.

So, let me make sure I have this right... if we don't see a special bus in the VIP area from the MK should we look for blue or orange at the TTC? This is all foreign to me and I just want to make sure I am clear!! Thanks, you guys are always so helpful.

Just ask any bus driver if they're running FW/WL busses. If they aren't (which unfortunetly, is most likely), then take the Monorail to the TTC, and look for a bus that says "WILDERNESS LODGE & FORT WILDERNESS"
