I usually just call Central Reservations as they can help with everything from tickets to dining! The number is 001 407 934 7639

They ship the tickets out (postage costs aren't that bad, either) and the last time we ordered tickets direct from WDW, they arrived in less than a fortnight!

Remember to have your credit card ready - these tickets have to be paid at the time of booking!

Just tried to order mine to be told they aren't available at this time!!! that was after getting cut off as the girl couldn't understand that I wasn't Canadian and after spending twenty minutes trying to explain my postcode (why is it that disney staff don't know the phonetic alphabet?????) tey saying FOY over the phone - its very difficult! they are the only people in the world who don't understand foxtrot-oscar-yankee!!!

I called twenty minutes ago and they are selling them - but the system is down! I'm going to call back later.

I just tried and the system is still down, they said to call back in 2 hours.

I called and was told the first time that the CM couldn't access that part of the system, please call later in the afternoon. I just called for the second time, on hold for ages and CM came back and said they are definately not on sale till Monday. She went off to check with Guest Services while I was on hold. It seems they have all had a memo added to their screen this morning to tell guests this as they are getting a lot of calls for tickets.

I called at 3.30 and was told yes they are on sale but the system is down. Up to me whether I try again later or wait until Monday.

Anyone know what time the line closes? I might leave it until this evening.

They're not likely to sell out... are they?

The only night that usually sells out early is actual Halloween night - it doesn't usually sell out quite as early as this, though!

I might try later in the evening for our tickets - If I do, I'll post again to let everyone know the outcome!

Thanks Mandy, but these are not for me, Kaylee is getting mine with hers, we are going on the 30th. These are for my boss who will also be over there the same time as me, and she is on holidays at the moment, so I said I would try and get them for her, in return she is treating Vicki and I to a meal at The California Grill

Well, I'm on the phone to Disney and the CM (Germaine) is telling em that tickets are not available to purchase at this time. Apparently, the system had a 'burp' and people were able to purchase tickets, however they are now no longer available to purchase until (and I quote) 'some time next week'

Oh well, my first experience of inconsistencies in the WDW system. Think I will just try next week as the night we want (17th October) is unlikely to sell out (fingers crossed)
