If I put my tickets on EBAY (4 Adult 1 Child)
For October 16th at 10% off
Do you think anyone would buy them?

Ummm...I didn't think they were transferrable.

..... :confused3 I could be wrong. It's been known to happen, ya know. lol

I don't see anywhere on my receipt or tickets that mentions that they are not transferrable. They do not have our names printed on them or anything. They are also only good for the date they were purchased for. So maybe if you included the receipt with all the pertinet info on them...some one would be inclined to buy them.

I personally would not buy them, I'd be worried about counterfit tickets. Good luck!

I also would be worried about fake tickets, but maybe others will be more trusting, or maybe someone on here who trusts you could buy them?

To purchase tickets from Disney, you must at some point agree to the following, either by clicking an agreement on the website, or a verbal agreement that a CM would notate in a phone order.

Tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days.
and..
All sales of tickets take place in and are consummated in the State of Florida. These Terms and Conditions for Ticket Orders shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Current FL law prohibits the selling of tickets for anything more than $1 over face value. So, with Ebay, you'd have to make sure it sold and didn't get bid higher.

Disney might look the other way - but I personally wouldn't count on it. If anything, sell under the price, don't let it become a bid-war on ebay as that would violate FL law.

Sell them as "Buy it now" at 10% off the listing. Give a brief explanation of why you can't use the tickets. Consider offering a money back refund. See what the market will bear.

It would be pretty hard to counterfeit those tickets! They're really colourful plastic credit card sized things with a swipe bar on them.

Actually as of July 1st, ticket scalping is legal in Florida. There was a big thing about the Pepsi 400 at Daytona because it was the first event where people could actually scalp their tickets.
