MNSSHP Ticket Question

Hello all! A quick run down and question as I want to see if others have experienced this as well. My boyfriend and I have tickets for 2 dates in October to MNSSHP. We received only one set of hard tickets for the event and upon calling and speaking with ticket services today they stated that both dates were linked to the one ticket. Has anyone else run into this? I went last year for 2 nights as well and received 2 sets of tickets.

I would make very sure that if you bought two different party nights that you actually have two different event dates.

Are they listed as separate ticket dates in your MyDisneyExperience account?

Just as you can have multiple "days" on a single plastic RFID ticket, it would certainly be POSSIBLE that both of your party dates could be accessed via the same single plastic RFID ticket. Is that what you have now?

What does it say on the letter and on the back of the tickets?
 

Thanks everyone! I'm about to call the ticketing line about this again. My receipt and the backs of my tickets are only for one date which is why this is bothering me. Both dates are showing on MDE, however.
 
Definitely call on this one - their computer systems do not always work the way they should. I do not wait for them to send me the tix, you can print them out on your computer's printer like we do. And yes we have 2 days for October as well and each of us had 2 tix printed out for the days we are going.

Any update? It may be something as simple as not clicking the option for the second date to be mailed.
 
Just called this morning! The CM was a delight and had them voided and reissued. Apparently it was my post office being rude and sent them back as undeliverable.

I'm really glad I called again though.
