Hi all. We've gone to MNSSHP before but always early in October which was wonderful. This year we can only go the Thursday or Friday (10/28) before Halloween. Friday would be more convenient for us, but is it insanely crowded since it's a Friday so close to Halloween? Thanks!

Yes, Friday will be just about as crowded as Halloween night and it always sells out.

I'd pick Thursday over Friday.

Thanks beattyfamily - anyone else gone the Friday right before Halloween? Is is long, long ride waits?

I am currently planning on Sunday 10/23...

Friday will always be busier then any other night EXCEPT Halloween night. Fridays bring out the locals cause no work or school the next day. Sunday on the other hand, is a week night...people have school and work the next day.

We'll be in DW from OCt 21-29th. I was thinking of doing MNSHP on the 23rd, since we have an open day Monday....however my DD will be 22 months and my DS is 3 1/2. I'm afraid this is going to be too late for them. what time does it start and end and what time are the fireworks and parade. Will they enjoy it or are they too young??

Can I decide at the last minute or will it be sold out? I'm so torn.

I'd say Thursday as well, I've heard that if you have to choose between a Thursday or a Friday, Thursday is the better choice, as someone else mentioned, local families will go on Fridays making it more crowded.

We just got our tickets and we're going on the 27th! I can't wait!
