Given the reports of the party so far, what would be your veteran strategy? It our first party, Sunday night, and no kids. The characters aren't that important to us. We just love Halloween!
I think its all preference in what you want to do. I am going with my DD6 on Sunday and I just presented her the options of whats at the party and let her decide since I am only going for her. She wants to ToT, see the parade and then get in some rides is our plan. My only goal is to get some magic shots of us.
if characters are not important to you them I would say find a spot in front of the castle and watch the shows then fire works and do not miss the parade AKA the headless horse man about 5 or so minutes before, and get some candy to eat too. I want to go back so bad so much fun
Seemed the candy spots most distant from the hub have shorter lines but the lines move very fast so don't be intimidated. We watched the parade and then headed for the rides while everyone waited for the castle show and fireworks. Road the mines train twice in 20 minutes and a bunch of others in the tomorrow land and fantasy land areas. We left around 11 but the lines were short for everything. And it was s sold out party.
