Mnsshp restaurants

When I look at the dates for Mnsshp it states that you can book the Liberty Tree Tavern at the same time you buy your party tickets. Is that the only restaurant open during the parties? I couldn't book the Crystal Palace when I buy my party tickets? I'm a little confused.
