MNSSHP Plan of Attack

I'm down to the 10 day countdown now & I'm getting really excited! All the reviews of MNNSHP have been really getting us excited about going on 10/2. I'm trying to figure a good plan for MNNSHP. We are having dinner at LTT at 4:10, so we'll have some time to do some rides after dinner before the party starts. At the party we want to do some rides but really want to focus on the special stuff like meeting characters, the dance party, parade, the villans show & the fireworks. Any suggestions from those who have been how to do the Halloween Party?

We did rides and characters during the first parade on the Fanstisy/Toontown & Tomorrowland side of things (HM a few times).Then we did some of the other stuff right before Hollowishes went to Adventureland ( free picture)then did the second parade.

After the 2nd parade the park really emptied out we then hit all the T & T places again as well as the rides as we passed them.Closed the park going from Toomtown to tomorrowland candy trail and they filled us up big time.

Is Adventureland the only place to get a free picture?

I've read there's no free photo this year - there's 50% off a 5x7 print instead.

Yes as DEB said no free pics this year but they are still having the pictures at Adventureland and another location to put on your photopass card .

They are giving out special photopass cards starting at 7:30 just an fyi when you go.

We went in and started at tomorrowland and met buzz lightyear (made bf's night) and then went over to toon town and saw the princesses with their princes, minnie, mickey, and some alice in wonderland characters (the rain really messed things up). Then we went over to meet pooh bear and friends and saw hallowishes. We saw the 2nd parade at 10:30 from the area in front of the liberty tree tavern (nice place to stand and watch) and then walked to the castle for the final villians show at 11:05. we thought it was just best to wander around and catch what we could between the shows and parades.
