so I'm finalizing my days in October so I can make ADRs and need advice.

This will be my boyfriend and i first MNSSHP and his first F&W festival. So far this is what we have:

Sunday 16th: MK/AK
Monday 17th: Epcot
Tuesday 18th: MNSSHP
Wednesday 19th: Break day
Thursday 20th: Epcot
Friday 21st: Ak/Epcot
Saturday 22nd: Epcot/MK
Sunday 23rd: last day

Here are my concerns. I know the F&W festival can get insane on weekends and Friday's. my BF wants to eat at Biergarten (he won't budge on this) so I though Friday night would work since the booths will be super packed and if we eat at TS we can avoid the festival. Saturday we are planning on seminars (if available) so we won't be worried too much about booths and leaving once it gets insane. Should I reconsider this and try to make all the Epcot days during the week to avoid crowds?

Also I was thinking of possibly switching Friday with Tuesday and go to the party on Friday but fear it will be more crowded during the party

What do you guys think?

One thing I notice is you have the party with no other park so you are essentially having two days of "break time" I would consider switching the Friday with the Wed and use Friday as a break day since it is super crowded

I've never even considered that! Thank you for the idea because that could work as well!

I travel that time of year and yes, it gets crazy crowded in World Showcase on F&W weekends. I think since you also have two weekdays at Epcot, you can still manage your weekend time there ok. Especially since you have TS and seminar plans - just remember the walkways will be very crowded and it will take you longer to get to your locations so allow extra time.

I would use Tuesday morning as the "break day" and free up Wednesday. But we never do full day breaks - we like to make the most out of everyday. I would also go to HS for at least one half day.
