MNSSHP or After Hours?

Our dates are flexible as I'm tentatively planning a last minute trip. I was set on mnsshp but I'm very interested in After Hours as well!

Would love to hear what folks think the best experience would be! We are experienced visitors but have never been to either. I'm torn between all the neat things at the party and the super short lines at After Hours.

No worries - things move pretty fast on this board sometimes.

FWIW, I vote DAH. But total coin flip for me. Really hard to compare the two.

It really comes down to what is more important to you:
1. The ability to max out the number of rides you can do. Very limited number of passes.
2. See stage shows, fireworks, and a parade that you can't see any other time. Can be not very crowded to packed.

Neither is right or wrong as they as built for totally different purposes.

MNSSHP is probably a better value because its longer and more is offered. But DH and I don't care much about the Halloween characters and stage shows, and mostly use it to ride attractions with a lower wait. So for us, DAH would be better for what we like.

Mnsshp is a better, longer bit of fun. And you get candy.

If you can only do one event, my vote is for DAH, especially if you are ride focused. DH and I have done both and we loved DAH. MNSSHP was packed, a huge crowd. DAH has VERY VERY low crowds. It's not a crowd at all. We could get on any ride we wanted, multiple times if we wanted to. Most of the time the rides were walk on. A few rides had just a few minutes wait. A lot of the time we were the only ones on a ride. We loved the free snacks and beverages. Walking through MK with hardly any people around was so fun!!! We would definitely do this again.
