MNSSHP on Halloween?!?!?!

Need some advise. Our arrival day is Oct. 31st. Would it be better to do the MNSSHP on that day or wait and do it on Nov 1st? (Our original plan was for the 1st) Will crowd levels pretty much be the same? DH thinks it might be a bit more "magical" to go on Halloween. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm arriving the same day and decided to do MNSSHP on the 1st and and spend the 31st at Epcot so I would be wiped out from traveling at the party. I've read other posts where characters are dressed up at the other parks and resorts as well for the 31st. I'm not sure about the crowds being any better either day but there's sure to plenty of "magical" moments on 31st either way.

That is what I am afraid of. Maybe we will stick with the original plan of going on the 1st.

I think they will both sell out so I don't think one will be worse than the other...a sold out party is a sold out party. Choose whichever you feel like attending. I do think a travel day followed by a party might be a bit too tiring.

Disagree. Historically both parties are sellouts or very close to it.
