I dont know if this is ok to post but I wanted to warn you all of a company that I've had a great deal of difficulty with - and hopefully prevent someone here from having that same problem.
I ordered several custom tutus from this company in the UK (TutuFactory UK) in anticipation for me and my daughter's first MNSSHP and when I placed the order I was told UP TO 4 weeks. Ok, I can deal with that! 4 weeks later and no shipment information so I sent a message asking for an update and am told they're working on it and it'll be done shortly. Week 6 and still heard or received nothing, so I send another message. Then told they're putting final touches on it and will be shipped next week. Yep, you guessed it - now week 8 and still nothing. I finally got frustrated and just asked to cancel the order as I see other similar posts on their Facebook page and post there as well. They then post that they were ready to ship - so I ask will they please just cancel the refund, I'll even pay any transaction fees, and please just ship the items out because my daughter was highly upset by that point. Their response? "The sewing team have said this is not possible anymore".
I'm just speechless and frustrated, and 10 year old daughter is a mess of tears. Seriously, avoid this company at all cost or buy at your own risk. After 3 days of searching, my daughter at least found a new costume!
