I just recieved my tickets in the mail and realized they sent the wrong date and because of it, overcharged me as well. Good thing I checked before leaving in a few weeks. I spent over 1/2 hour on hold to get it fixed. I have to send the tickets back to Disney so they can re-do the order and give me my DVC discount. I leave in 3 weeks so hopefully this gets processed in time. I am going to make copies of everything just in case. If you are going, make sure you check the ticket dates on your tickets!
 
thanks for the warning - I am leaving on 9/15 - but we won't even arrive until 7:00pm - so I am not going (at this time)....
 
I had that problem a few weeks back. I ordered them for the 17th of Oct and the ones I got were for the 23rd

Sent them back and got new ones
 
If you are leaving in 3 weeks, I would call and make a request to have your corrected tickets held at Will Call at the MK where you can then pick them up in person. Processing and mailing them back may take longer.
 

This happened to us a few years back. We received the new tickets in time, but when we got to the gate none of the "corrected" tickets were activated. We had to wait in the guests services line and it took quite a while to iron out the situation. Hope you have better luck!!
 
Thanks for the advice. I will ask for the tickets to be held at will call.
 
There are certain days were DVC members get a 10% discounted rate.


September 15, 22 and October 2, 16, 17, 23 and 24
Age 10 and older, $35.10
