i've got an email saying that my order is not complete due to 'system availability' but my card will be charged, does that mean i've been charged for the tickets when someone else could buy mine? does it make a difference i'm buying them from the UK?

I'm from the US but that happened to me too.

I just purchased my MVMCP ticket and got the same message at the end. It just says it is pending, due to site availability (whatever that means). It was a little hard to swallow $78 for my ticket! Last year I paid $68 and I am assuming nothing is being added to the parties, but they increased $7.00 before tax!
