Are the characters out at the party able to sign Autographs and take pics?

The ones in the dance parties do not do autographs or pose for pics

The Seven Dwarfs don't sign autographs.

There are certain ones that will NOT sign:
-Villains that perform in the mix & mingle, they come down to the front of the stage & greet for a limited amount of time, not enough to sign things
-Dwarves don't sign (too many of them)
-Jack & Sally do not sign (they have cards with their signatures to make the greets go quicker)

-Dance parties characters will kind of half "pose" with you if you're dancing with them, but definitely not stop to sign anything, and it depends on other factors to see if they'll half freeze for a pic

You will find that some of the characters around the hub (tremaines, gaston, lotso, jafar, etc) will probably stop to sign, and will have set greets, though last year the tremaines were running around town square just having fun. Gaston & the Tremaines also meet during the day if you want to have them sign.

The princes in fairytale hall will sign!
