MNSSHP Advice Requested

Long time lurker, first time caller...

Halloween is my DH favorite holiday, and in spite of our lack of DD/DS, I think I would like to surprise him with tix for our 1 year anniversary.

We are going to be in town 10/20-25 and could go either Fr, Sa, Su, or Mo night. For your experienced MNSSHPiers, which night would be best as far as crowds, in your opinion? I have read that crowds can be light, or mind-bogglingly jammed. I'd like to avoid the latter.

I think your only choices for MNSSHP are Fri (10/21) and Sun (10/23). Of the 2, Sunday would seem to be the better choice since it's a "school night".

I agree about Sunday, that close to Halloween I can just about guarantee that Friday night will sell out. If you want to go I would recommend going ahead and ordering tickets, otherwise you might find that it's sold out and you can't get in. We went last year on the 8th, the first Friday night party and it sold out. There were a lot of unhappy parents at the desk of the Poly trying to get tickets when we checked in.
