Just wondering if any of you were at MNSSHP on 10/5? If so, did you dress up????? What were you wearing??? My group consisted of 7 Cruella DeVils and 11 dalmatians. We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved Captain Jack in the parade. This has quickly become my favorite hard ticket event at WDW as it allows adults the opportunity to let loose and really be a kid again for one night.

we were there it was our first time in WDW and it was so much fun. I did see all the delmatians how cute. My family and I wore all orange t-shirts that said this is my Halloween costume. with matching black shorts. I think the night was wonderful and so much fun.

Glad to hear from someone else did as well!!

We were there also and were dressed up as pirates (I know, very original). It was DH, DD8, DS7, Dbro, DSIL, my DNEPHEW12 & DNEICE9 and myself.

We saw your family of dalmatians....very cute idea.

Even though we were stuck on Splash for about 45 minutes, we all had a wonderful time at the party (much more than last year). The weather was great, the crowds managable. We are still singing "Boo to You".

We had so much fun that we are thinking about just doing a long weekend trip next year just to go to MNNSHP (we love Disney, but are not planning on going back until 2009--I know the horror).

I remember seeing the family in orange. I also remember seeing a lot of pirates. I'd say there was a good chance we saw you. We heard the buzz about Splash Mountain being down for so long. There is another thread stating that people who complained were reimbursed for their tickets.

I remember a few Cruellas and little puppies too. Me and DH weren;t dressed ,my DD was Tink my DS wore an Incredibles tee. We had a great time.

I love the "Boo to You" song as well!!!! We played our video today and sang along with the parade. I just wish I could find someplace to buy the music.

I just posted to you in another thread - we were there as well and saw your group (at least we saw one Cruella and a bunch of dalmations). DD was Princess Ariel and DH and I were our normal selves. It was SOOOO humid that night!! It was the first night I didn't put my hair up and I was dying. We loved the parade, we were in a terrible spot for the fireworks (by Dumbo) and dd got lots of candy and we didn't wait in any lines. We just waited until around 10 when the lines were non existent. We had fun but not as much fun as last year and the year before.

Perspective is so funny. Our entire group commented about how much better the weather was this year. Last year we went on 10/6. It was about 95 degrees with 110% humidity....and it was pouring rain. Nothing like putting a big sheet of protective plastic over a costume to stay dry on such a muggy night. Isn't that hilarious???

We were there too. I was dressed as Belle in her blue and white dress, my DD was a beautiful Cinderella. We had her done up at BBB earlier that day. My Mom, sister and DS decided not to dress up that night. This was our second party and they all got decked out for the first one on Oct. 2. I absolutely loved the fireworks and Boo to you parade. Capt. Jack even pointed me out and flirted with me. He must have a thing for Belle!

We also thought the weather was much better than last year.

Where is that thread? After it happened I knew if we went to guest services and complained, they would probably do something. However, we still had a great time and that is what matters in the end.

We were there briefly- Stayed for the 1st parade, Villians show and HolloWishes-

My family of Pirates were me, dd's 19 and 15 and 7 yr. old little Pirate!

My oldest dd is a 6 ft. blonde and one the cm's commented to her when we arrived that "You look better than Johnny Depp did!" :rotfl:

I remember seeing a family of Pizzas- they were so cute!

That was my thread - but don't worry, we had a great time and the parade and villian show were fantastic! We saw the dalmation family and orange tshirt family. We were four adults with different halloween tshirts on - men with black tshirts with skulls on them, I had a black tshirt with a black cat and pumpkin and MIL had white tshirt with pumpkin. love this event!

We were there. DD9 went as a sort of a Dark Bride - black dress and veil, black roses, etc. The CMs at Haunted Mansion had fun playing with her and Maleficent commented how black was the 'in' color this year. :)

I don't deal well with heat, so I didn't go for a full costume. I made myself a Tshirt with a picture of Sully screaming that said "Boo To Who?" under the picture. I did get nice comments on it all night.

We were there and my DBF was dressed as an authentic Jack Sparrow. He did the make-up and the whole nine yards, he had several people stop him for pictures and autographs. He is an actor so he was really into it with the walk and the talk and even the gun!

My parents, DH and I were there. My parents were pirates, my DH was a fire demon (couldn't miss him. He's a large guy that was wearing a tiger striped shirt, horns and fangs), I was an ice vampire in a black dress, cape and fangs. We went all out with our hair and face painted. We had a blast. It was DH's first and he was blown away by all of it. He's still going around singing "Boo to You". :goodvibes

We were there on the 5th too. We had the best time! I hope we can go again next year. I saw so many cute costumes and the parade was the BEST!

DH wore a Jack Skellington shirt, I wore a Sally shirt and Jack mickey ears. My dd 1 wore a custom made Jack Skellington dress and hair bows. She was so cute, several of the cast members came out of the parade to tell her how cute se was! DD 5 was a cheeleader and DD10 was a China girl.

We will be singing the Boo to you song for the next year I'm sure, lol!

Anyone else out there at MNSSHP on 10/5. I remember seeing so many of you. I really tried to get good looks at everyone we passed by this year. Last year was kind of a blur since everything was so new. This year we were able to take it all in and simply enjoy the evening. It's so good to see how many people are getting into the spirit and going in full costume as a family. pirate:  :clown: :joker: :hippie: :earsboy:

We were there. My 3 year old was a pirate and I had an I love Pirates t-shirt on. My 6 week old was in the stroller with a big green mickey head on it and had a little pirate onesie on. :) Hubby was the only one not in pirate theme as he did not find anything..lol

We had such an awesome time! We loved it. I would love to do it again. So glad we went!!

We went up to meet the disers at the terrace but were a bit late so we missed them. :confused3
