Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness (MTTMM) is available on packages available through the Disney Travel Co, Costco (last I checked) and
AAA, I believe. It's a separate event from Magic Morning. MMs, 1 hour early entry into Fantasyland and part of Tomorrowland, occur on the S and T days, Saturday, Sunday, Tues. and Thurs. So yeah, GetAwayToday doesn't give out tickets for MTTMM, but every parkhopper of 3-days or more, regardless of where you get it, comes with one MM for you to use.
MTTMM happens on Mon, Wed., Fri. and Sat. Toontown normally opens one hour after regular park hours, but for ticketholders, it opens at park opening, and there's a little song and dance 15 minute show with the Fab 5, and then the characters stand outside their houses so you can stand in lines for autographs and photos. For what it's worth, if you're swinging between one travel company and another because you're thinking this makes it worth it... it's cute, but I wouldn't pay extra for it. If you have little ones, like 5 and under, and especially little ones who MUST see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy, this is your chance to see them all at once. My DD5 thought it was cute, but not really worth the fuss. DD10 said it was "lame" but that's just the adolescent talking.
So the only day the two coincide are on Saturdays. In that case, Magic Morning would happen at 7 a.m. (for a normal park opening of 8 a.m.) and then if you had tickets for MTTMM, you'd head over to ToonTown at 8 a.m. when they open up the gates for ticketholders. The show usually starts around 20-25 minutes after the hour, so that people can get all the way back to ToonTown from the turnstiles.
Hope that helps!
