MK's Regular After Hours or Villains After Hours? Which would you choose?

Heading to Disney World in March to celebrate my birthday! Yay! My first night is the Villains After Hours and my last night is the regular after hours. Besides price and the villains stage show, which event you think would be better for a solo traveler who is looking for low crowds to ride all the attractions over and over.

To date, DAH has been the better event for pure rides IMHO.
