MK transportation if monorail is off-line

We will have one mobility chair (motorized wheelchair) and are staying at the Poly. I have heard about the monorail operating on limited hours (sometimes? Still now?). Anyway, our WC user will likely be taking breaks during the day and I want to make sure she knows how to get back to the resort. I know the small resort boats can't accommodate her, and the ferry can. Is the ferry her only choice back if the monorail isn't running? Do they ever run the larger accessible boats on the Poly-GF-MK loop? I guess I'm just thinking of her having to get from the TTC back to her room at the Poly - just a bit more walking for my dad because he will be with her.

I believe they will run buss if the monerail is down.

They do run buses if the monorail is down.
And, if the large boats that can accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs are not available, they also supplement with buses.

Yes, you can take the bus, as the boat is not an option unless they add Friendship "crusiers" to the boat trip that day.
