MK to B hotel to airport

On our last day in wdw, we are going to check out but leave our luggage at B hotel then go to MK. Then we’ll Uber to B hotel, hopefully the Uber will wait while we grab our luggage and then take us to MCO. I’m wondering if anyone else has done this and what the amount of time it took was or any advise you might have.

Anyone have any info on how long this might take?

Google Map it and you can see how long it will take, but keep in mind if there's traffic. Also the Uber isn't like a cab, the driver may not wait if you take a while. You will probably need to order another Uber from the hotel when you get your luggage.
