MK to 1900 Park Fare and Back?

We have a couple of morning FPs planned then would like to have lunch at 11:30 at 1900 Park Fare (couldn't get CP). We have a 4 year old. Our last FP is at 12:45 at Splash mountain. Is it too much to try to leave the park and return? This is for the first day of our trip, and I wanted a character meal kick off. The other option is for the last day where we can have a 10:10 1900 Park Fare with a later morning start at MK (slower day). TIA!

The easier way back to GF is boat, but you might have to wait. Monorail from MK stops everywhere on route. I'd allow 30-45 minutes to get to the ADR from MK.

Coming back is quick BUT you will have to go through security again.

Because you really have until 1:45 for that last FP+ you would probably make it but it might involve rushing, as gate to Splash is a decent little walk.

I'd do a 10:10 PF with a later morning start, personally. I'd rather not feel rushed eating.
