MK this Friday or Sunday?

We're heading to POP on Weds. My plans right now having us at AK Friday and MK Sunday. Sunday MK has little one EMH in the am and EMH in the evening - seems like that will be busy. I'm considering switching them - it won't really affect my dinner ADRs - we're only doing 2 park days so here's the tentative plan:

Wed. arrive POP between 3 and 4, hang out at pool, dinner at food court
Thurs 7:40 Chef Mickey's, may do a water park during day
Fri 7:00 WCC - originally thought AK but can do either MK or AK
Sat 5:30 Spoodles - pool during day, check out BW area after dinner
Sun 5:25 Liberty Tree Tavern - originally doing MK all day - could change to AK for day then MK
Mon 10:00 am breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, back to POP for ME to MCO

What do you think about park choices for Friday and Sunday?

NOBODY can predict EXACTLY what will happen with attendance.

I treat the forecasts of attendance like the forecasts for the weather.
Just something to discuss as to how RIGHT or how WRONG they were.

we are braving EMH this Sunday 8/27!!!
It is our arrival day and we are going with a 1st timer family and thought this would be the perfect (and crazy) start to the vacation. The other family has 3 little kids, so I have warned them it might be nuts.
We are planning to do MK also on 8/29, so it's no big deal if we can't do a whole lot. My nephew is dying to see Mickey Mouse and my niece will flip when she sees the Castle, my little nephew (8mos) will be in awe of everything because he is such a cute and sweet baby.
My DD will be our tourguide.

We are going with a positive attitude and will have fun no matter what!!!
