I don't understand Disney making so many different closing times for MK.
I see MK is closing mostly at 12:00 am in August but see some 1:00 am closing times also.
June closed mostly at 11:00.
I did check a few dates a few weeks ago in July and the closing was 11:00. I did not keep up with July so they may changed them to later.
Does anyone have any idea or reason for all the different closing times?

I would think since June and Early July attendance was reported to be down. The second half of July attendance has increased. So those hours for August would tell me that attendance should be high. The way Disney has structured things they pretty much know everyone who is coming there and which park, because of fast pass and dining reservations.

I didnt think attendance was down in June but ok that makes sense.

I feel that attendance will be way up this Aug. Tons of schools are starting after labor day, plus Canada starts after LD too. When we were there last Aug, we ran into tons of Canadians, people from the Northeast and people from the mid west. I think attendance dipped in June, but is back up.

We were there the last week of June and it seemed as crowded as it usually is but then again that is the week before July 4th.
I'm sure a bunch of people were walking around, but headliner wait times (that were typically 120+ minutes) were usually reported <40 minutes late June and early July (Yes 7DMT and Space were close to 90.. But those were usually higher, too)

The rides wait times we checked like Splash, Soarin, Test Track, Rock n Roller Coaster were usually around 60 to 70 minute waits. That seemed to be the average in the afternoon and evening when we checked.
