MK plan - with genie plus and early ADR

So here is my plan- get genie plus - pick the earliest time I can for a ride (pirates maybe)

Arrive at 7:40-7:45 (can it be earlier??) at the gates for breakfast at Crystal palace (8:10 ADR) -



Go back to hotel mid day to relax then hit stacked genie plus rides

Need to figure out time /que selection for tron as well

I’ve never eaten at Crystal Palace and I think the fact that it’s a buffet will definitely help, but quite a few times I’ve had meals take a lot longer than I expected. That said, when I have told servers I have a particular time I need to leave they have been great at accommodating that. I would just be mindful of a possible delay to getting to your first attraction. You will miss the 8:30 EE time start but I think if you are a little ahead of the 9 am general entry, lines should still be pretty good, especially because I don’t think Adventure Land rides are open during EE (but please check me on that).

I am torn between using your first LL on Pirates or Jungle Cruise. I see the appeal of a safe early time, but if you are fast booking and get a great return time on JC you can probably book Pirates for right after that. And even if not the line for Pirates may be better than JC if you are late leaving breakfast. And if you don’t get an early return when scheduling JC you can modify it to something earlier either on that ride or Pirates, which usually isn’t too hard to get. I would keep an eye on the G+ times in MDE to see how those two are shaking out leading up to your trip, but I don’t think Pirates is a super competitive ride so you should be able to get a good return even if you use a minute or so to try to get one for JC first.

staying at deluxe so when done eating (will be fast due to not needing to see all the characters) hit jungle cruise - then check in at pirates and start the genie plus game of stacking for the afternoon. Then take advantage of early more morning ride times

Aloha,
it depends upon your priorities while visiting WDW. Dining, relaxing or rides.
For the best mix of all three, recommend doing RD, enjoy relatively short lines in the AM. Maximize FP+ and LL. Then relax, tour and feast In the afternoon. Since you are in a deluxe, enjoy the extended hours at Epcot on Monday PM and MK Wednesday PM. Only recommend AM buffets during non park days while at WDW.
