I'd really love to have the MK photoshoot done but would doing it the day of the wedding be exhausting? I know I don't want it done before the wedding, but maybe in the days after... When did everyone else do theirs?

i dd mine 2 days later, would have been too much for us the day of the wedding (plus didnt want hubby to see me before the wedding), and would have been too tired to do it the day after

The only problem I would find doing it the same day is your dress can get VERY dirty no matter how careful you are. Much of the ground is wet. My dress got filthy walking along the Boardwalk and luckily it didn't show up in the pictures and then it got dirtier at the MK the next morning.

We also did 2 days later, and it was wonderful. We were so tired from the wedding that we seriously overslept that next morning when we were supposed to meet some family at EPCOT, and we were only supposed to be there by 10:30. FWIW - The flowers still looked great that morning!

We had our vow renewal at 4pm on Monday and then our MK photoshoot at 5am on Tuesday morning. For us, we had to worry about what to do with the kids. So, my in-laws took them back to their room after the renewal and dinner so we would have the evening by ourselves. (Can you say in our room by 9:10 and in bed asleep by 9:35--you can tell we've been married for awhile!!) Then we didn't have them on Tuesday morning for our MK photo shoot. We did our shoot, went back to the Beach Club and packed everything up for our move to the Contemporary. We checked into the Contemporary by 7:30 and were in the parks by 8:30.

We did ours the day of the wedding and for us it was the best decision. We knew we were going to be spending the day together and I knew that we wouldn't be sleeping anyway because of nerves so it was nice to get up and do that and just spend the rest of the day getting excited. :)
