MK Parade Changes-Share a Dream?

Anyone have any idea what's going on with Share A Dream? In checking the calendar for March, I notice that Share A Dream is not scheduled.

I don't think it has to do with the hub rehab because the parade is happening now. A website glitch perhaps? Or do you think we'll get lucky and see an unannounced preview of the celebration?

I appreciate any insight anyone can offer. Thanks in advance!

That's what I kind of wondered, and hoped any longtime veterans might be able to predict, based on past celebrations, whether there was a period of time where they put the parade in hiatus, or had a time where they geared up toward the celebration opening date.

It's probably just an error, as the Dis shows the parade on the March schedule.

A little off subject but I was wondering if anyone knew how the parade floats got back to their starting point?? As many times as I've been to WDW and seen the parades I just questioned this. Looking at a map it looks like all trees and not enough room to move the parade behind Adventureland and back. Or is there? Or do they move it back at night? I just assumed there was a path back there. Thanks!!

I do not know about the day parade, but on the night parade if there are two showiings, first one will start frontierland to main street, and the second one main street back to frontierland. If there are two showings, we always linger in the back of the park to let the first show out, then enjoy main street and get curb view by the train station. So when the last float goes by, we are off to the resort transportation!!

we always watch wishes once in front of the castle and eat dinner at the poly and watch from the beach. Great views!!

There's a backstage road that goes behind Adventureland, behind the show scenes of Jungle Cruise. The building that houses all the floats is behind the Splash Mt area. The floats are driven back and forth on that road. It's not that far. Spectro performers walk that path before the parade starts.

As to the original post- I'm sure that must have just been an error as I've heard nothing about any new parades, and I work in entertainment! In fact, they are training new parade performers this month.
