MK on New Year DAY?

Magic Kingdom on New Years Day (not eve)… how bad is it? I’m reading confliciting reports, some say it’s crazy busy, others say it’s not so bad because everyone was there the day before…. Anyone have any insight? Trying to decide what day to pop that park in for a Dec 30-Jan 3 trip.

It’s crowded because all the parks are crowded that week but yeah it’s probably one of the better days that week to pick
