MK Evening EMH - counter service ?

OK, so if WDWMagic.com is right, the Tomorrowland Noodle Station where I was planning on eating on 6/1 before EMH is going to be closed for retooling/tweaking. So, what MK counter service restaurants are open late? Hopefully not just Cosmic Ray's, although I'll grab a bite there if I have to. Anybody know what else is available late night or diring EMH hours???

During our April visit besides the Tomorrowland Noodle Station, Cosmic Rays, Main Street Ice Cream Parlor and Main Street Bakery was open late.

We ate at Pecos Bills during EMH in January and April. Very nice and quiet in there both times.

That's good to know. I know on non-EMH nights in the past, we always seem to get to Pecos Bill's just as they are closing, so haven't gotten to try out the burger fixin bar yet; maybe next week!!
