Figured I'd update my recent visits to both of the park DVC lounges last week - I was at Magic Kingdom on Saturday, Sep 20, and Epcot on Sunday, Sep 21, and visited both lounges. I do not have MMB.
Visited McKim's around 2:30pm - was told the wait would probably only be 5 minutes or so...gave my number, stayed out front on the balcony, and 3 minutes later, was let in. It was probably 75% full, but as I stayed there, it seemed to fill up near 100%, then ebb back down as parties left.
For Imaginarium, I walked up around 1:30pm and there was no wait - I was able to go straight up. Inside, it was probably 60% capacity - the entire time I was there it never completely filled up - closest was around 80% at one point. I watched as some table/seat areas emptied out, it took around 10 minutes before staff got there to wipe and clean the table and chairs and floor...then another 5-10 minutes or so before a new party was seated there.
My last visit in June when I was able to get into McKim's after a 40 min or so wait (it was my first time seeing it so I was willing to wait longer that time, but would only bother again if the waits were 15 min or less) - I was surprised at how easy it was to get in just 3 months later. Park was pretty crowded too - most wait times exceeded 45 min standby. Epcot wasn't as crowded on Sunday, at least ride-wise - though most of the food stands has pretty long lines of 30-50 people each...I ended up skipping quite a few food booths as it wasn't worth the wait in the heat and direct sun.
