MK EMH - Rope Drop Non-Disney Resort

As I was scheduling our visit I strategically picked parks that didn't have EMH because we are not staying at a Disney resort. Today I found that EMH has been added to Magic Kingdom for every day of our visit - Easter week. We had planned to arrive for Rope Drop and go directly to Seven Dwarf's Mine Train. We weren't able to get fast passes. A few questions...

1. Is there still a Rope Drop on EMH?
2. If yes, is it at the castle w/ show?
3. If we go to directly Seven Dwarf's Mine Train what can we expect from a wait perspective?

As a plus I was able to get a fast pas for Peter Pan. Our family has never had the opportunity to ride it before.
