MK - Early Entry to Park or to Lands Past Main Street?

We are staying on site and early entry is 8:30 a.m. (for a 9 a.m.) park day - are they letting everyone thru turnstiles onto Main Street and early entry folks past main street to rides... or are they letting only early entry folks thru turnstiles onto Main Street?

I’m not there, but from what I read they are letting everyone into the park. Only early entry people can go past that to the rides.

Staying Deluxe and rope dropped this morning. All folks enter Main Street. There is a wall of Cast Members blocking the entry to Tomorrowland, etc. They scan your magic band at the entrance to that roped off area, and you then enter a second, dedicated holding area specific for onsite guests.

Those guests enter at 8:30, while all other guests are held on Main Street.

Get there early. The onsite guest holding area backed up quickly.

Bummer - we were going to head to Pirates and then BTM... where do you find what is open for early entry?

Yeah we found that out yesterday when entering the park. This compared to extra magic hours is sad. I assume it has to do with getting enough cast members but staying onsite close to magic and only 30 extra minutes in two lands is a joke.

Since it's only people who have a pass for that park, does anyone feel it feels any different than before when you could hop to any park at any time?
