Outdoors at Tony's?

Caseys and Sleepy Hollow QS have outdoor seating with some parade visibility

But seating will be lower than people standing infront of you so you only catch upper parts of floats.

If you don't mind eating just before the parade, a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern for about an hour, hour and a half before parade time could work out. You'll be leaving the restaurant just before the parade starts and can find a viewing spot along the sidewalk in Liberty Square just outside the restaurant. You'll be standing for the parade, though.
